Store Policies
This shop is a one-person show that I run out of my office, meaning every order is packed by me, likely while running on cherry slush Alani and vibes. I try to get everything right, but if something goes sideways, I’ll fix it.

I typically respond within 2–3 business days, unless I’m on deadline or crawling out of a writing hole.

Returns & Replacements
I accept returns or send replacements within 30 days of your order only if:

• Your book arrives damaged

• There’s a misprint or production defect (think: upside-down pages, missing chapters, cursed binding)

If that happens, email me with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. I’ll either send you a replacement or a prepaid return label, depending on what I have in stock.

Not covered:

• Lost or stolen packages 

• “Oops, I didn’t mean to order this”

• Signed or personalized items (unless damaged — then absolutely)
